E-commerce Fulfillment Associate 

You love to stay organized and hanging out with customers is your jam! As a fulfillment associate you will be processing and shipping all of our tribe babe's orders ensuring they receive their items quickly and efficiently. You will be in touch with customers to update their orders and ensure it is sent with love! Organization is extremely important in your day to day tasks and communication is key! This position will begin part time, but has the opportunity to become full time very quick.


  • Fulfilling orders

We are looking for an out going, personable, fashion minded, babe in our Los Angeles Office. We have expanded into a new space and allow customer stop shop in person! You will be booking appointments with out local clients, styling them in our latest threads and building relationships with the community.

Warehouse Logistics Manager 


The ideal canditate serves as the point person for inventory mangement and logistics in 12th Tribe's Inventory Warehouse Department.


  • Implement new systems to track and monitor inventory, and sync with online platform. 
  • Communicate with carriers and negotiate efficient rates and services
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Coordinate and communicate dispatch schedule with 3rd party carriers and receiving locations
  • Balance daily workload in partnerships with operational departments to maximize efficiencies.
  • Develop team to achieve performance goals and gain efficiencies.
  • Manage safe and proper handling and loading of merchandise to ensure maximum trailer utilization and avoid product damage
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Implement 3PL system in warehouse for over 2000 skus and growing


  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Shopify, Shipstation, Inventory Management Software.
  • Experience negotiating logistics contracts with carriers
