Hello Shopify PRO! We are looking for YOU to join our fast scaling team with your e-commerce expertise. This role will work closely with our digital marketing teams, product team and logistics to align and shift strategy where necessary.

As an E-commerce Coordinator you will be responsible for working with Marketing teams and back end optimizations to increase customer behavior metrics and drive online sales. You are an e-commerce whiz and are an expert in the digital scope of online sales. You are analytically driven and strategically thinking how to drive user behavior and conversions on all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee Shopify store for D2C brand working on the back end apps and intergrations.
  • Research and implement new systems to streamlines operations.
  • Own budget, customer analytics, KPIs, and reporting to senior management and constantly optimize to improve experience, traffic and conversion
  • Manage all back end application integrated with Shopify store.
  • Analyze and communicate data pulled from Google Analytics and other sales channels.
  • Develope Strategic online marketing plans for the company in coordination with social and marketing team.
  • Drive technology roadmaps to strategically drive sales and conversions
  • Market Research
  • Responsible for determining the format and features of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for customers. They will liaise with the Web designers to develop and alter the website as needed.
  • Work closely with Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction is being met on all accounts.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop, implement, and/or optimize effective online campaigns, digital marketing, and social media strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion, and expand sales.
  • Plan for e-marketing expenditures well in advance and develop a financial plan that will maximize their resources.
  • Liaise directly with upper management and present plans for any new advances or initiatives to improve the company’s online presence and e-sales.
  • Analyze all ecommerce transaction and site and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and assist all external partners and provide support to all associate activities and monitor all site issues and assist in resolution of same.
  • Manage sprints with developers and UI team
  • Contract and oversee developers to update theme reguarly
  • Manage backlogs

Experience

  • Min. 4 Years working on Shopify with a socially native brand.
  • Min 2 Years working with web designers managing sprint projects on Shopify
  • Google Analytics Expert
  • Experience with Hotjar and Site Mapping
  • Min. 2 Year working with Klaviyo, Tapcart, SMS Marketing and other Shopify integrations
  • Familiar with HTML
  • Strong analytics and data driven skills to run reports and analayze e-commerce trends.
  • UI and Coding experience is preferred
  • Time management skills
  • BA in Marketing, Management, or Business
  • Understanding and experience in analytical tools such as Google Analytics and other software for growth
  • Familiar with agile development
  • Min 2 years expereince project mangement
  • Familiar with trello and other project management tools to oversee and distribute proejcts
