Shipping
Orders placed after noon EST will start processing the next business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST on Friday will be processed Monday.
We do our best to ensure timely delivery on all orders. When selecting standard shipping or international options, please keep in mind we are providing an estimated delivery date. On a slim chance, will these packages arrive outside the estimated date due to reasons such as weather, carrier delays, etc.
Processing time is 24-48 hours. Covid-19 Delays may occur. Current processing time: 48-72 hours.
Cancel or Update Orders
Orders updates must occur within 12 hours of the order being placed. Please e-mail support@12thtribe.com to any order updates.

Missing Order?
Please allow 15 days for your item to arrive if the item shows delivered. Next, file a claim with the USPS or USP carrier. 12th Tribe is not responsible for missing items that show delivered.
Duties and Taxes
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
