Right of Withdrawal (EU)

EU customers are exempt from our Final Sale policy and have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 15 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. What is the Right of Withdrawal?

If your order was delivered to a country within the European Union (EU), you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 15 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 15 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you have an additional 15 days to return the item(s).

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging. Certain products may be excluded from the Right of Withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including personalized items and other exempt goods.

Once your return is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method.
How do I exercise my Right of Withdrawal?

To exercise your Right of Withdrawal:

1. Submit a withdrawal request using our withdrawal form or email us at hello@12thtribe.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A statement that you wish to exercise your Right of Withdrawal

3. Follow the return instructions provided by our Customer Care team.

4. Return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
