Fell in love with "Not your boyfriends Corduroy jacket" and put a notifcation on for when it came in stock, purchased it asap but saw a week later it still hadnt shipped. I reached out to 12th tribe and they said it was out on pre order for April. I explained I thought I had purchased prior to it selling out again. I didnt hear back for a couple days but when I did it was great news - Sarrah went out of her way to track one down and send it to me .. I got it within a few days. Great customer service! this was my first purchase with 12th tribe and I love my jacket and the incredible service! xo Will definetly be ordering more pieces

I first found 12th Tribe a few years ago when I was looking for outfits for festivals. I came across a photo of a girl wearing the cutest outfit (later to find out it was of Demi, the owner). I went to the website and used the chat feature to see what size I would be and if my order would arrive on time. Sure enough I received great advice and some styling tips! Since then I have probably purchased 40 items from the tribe and love supporting this trendy clothing boutique! I also love tuning into Demi and Schaeffer’s IG live stories on all the latest arrivals! Super helpful when planning your next vacation or festival outfit (or every day outfit ideas as well)!

I HIGHLY do not recommend buying anything from this place. I purchased over $150 worth of clothes that were never delivered to me! This company fails to purchase insurance on their packages and then refuses to refund you even if your package is never delivered!! Buyers beware
bought the written in the stars zodiac earrings. they advertise this as if it’s two sets of earrings but it’s really only 2 earrings total. you get one constellation earring and one regular one. like do you want me to wear mix match earrings or are you trying to get me to come back on and buy another pair just to make these wearable since you don’t allow returns on them either. then every time i tried submitting a review on them it blacked out the page and it closed without submitting it lol. also won’t let me choose anything other than 5 stars on this one

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered a dress online that looked SO cute on the website. In person it was a true disaster. Horrible material. I got catfished. When I tried to return it they said they received my return and it would be 10 business days until I received my money. It has been over a month and I have yet to see the return on my dress. When I email them they don’t respond back to me. Horrible website and horrible customer service. I am appalled.

12th Tribe is one of my favorite stores around. The selection of stylish clothing is unmatched, you can truly find something for anyone here! The pieces themselves are all high quality as well. The customer service is fantastic, and it's obvious that 12th Tribe takes great pride in running a quality business.
12th tribe seriously has some of the best customer service. Not only do they respond very quickly, but you can tell they genuinely try to help you whether you have sizing questions, tracking questions, style questions, etc. I also love that they do a Live Story on instagram every Wednesday which is a good way to see how to put together outfits, but they’ll also answer questions there or you can even ask them to see a product. It really makes it feel intimate, the whole tribe affect! PLUS the clothes are absolutely incredible. Everything I order from here is amazing!

I ordered four pieces of clothing. A romper, two blouses, and a skirt. The clothes I ordered ended up looking cute. I am a size small and 5' 3". However, the quality is crap, especially for the price.

The customer service at 12th Tribe is incredible. I placed my first order with them yesterday and had paid for two day shipping for a trip I am leaving on. I noticed an hour later I had a voicemail from 12th tribe. When I called back after work, they had already shipped out my pants and sent it to me overnighted so I would have them on time. I was completely impressed and grateful. I received the pants today and they are FABULOUS. Can't wait to order again. <3<3
12th tribe's clothes is so cute but what really stands out is their kick-ass customer service. I was looking for a last minute festival outfit and spotted theMirage Gold Cover Up which was only available in M/L with the S/M on pre-order for the day of Coachella. But Sarah to the rescue! She happened to be my height and size and straight up tried on the dress for me to determine fit. I've never known any other company to go above and beyond. Sarah you're the best. I'm going to be so well-dressed this weekend and it's all because of you!!
Went to 12th tribe to get styled for Coachella! I was panicking... never been to Coachella, super last minute and needed 3 looks. Owner Demi was AMAZING. Asked me what my inspo was, my likes &dislikes then immediately started pulling pieces. While trying on different outfits she did a great job of being honest about what looked good and what was a better option, putting me out of my comfort zone and staying true to my style! IAll the while laughing and talking at the same time. It is very obvious her & her employees love and know what they are doing. Left happy with three outfits and accessories to match! Instead of running around to 73838 stores I was able to find everything in one place. I will definitely be returning for other occasions and adding pieces to my wardrobe!

I ordered the Androids sweater that ended up being on back order... they quickly e-mailed to let me know it wasn’t going to ship until Dec. and offered to let me choose a different sweater if I wanted. They even sent over other suggestions and I ended up falling more in love with the suggested one than the one I had originally purchased. Very helpful and sweet!! Highly recommend shopping with them. They have super cute original effortless looking styles that you just can’t find anywhere else. :)
