Horrible! I will never purchase from you again and I will share this experience with whomever I can! Please change the entire way you do business! Your customer is so horrible and it’s laughable that you would send me this survey. I doubt you will even read it! Never received my merchandise and you sent it to a completely different person/address, charged me twice, there’s no way to get ahold of your customer service other than email and your employer es don’t read them!
