If you return for a refund, the return costs are deducted from the total of your refund. "Could be cute, but I recommend sizing up if you are between measurements. I ordered small which fits fine but in order to get a more flowy *like the pic* look needs to be a bit bigger. And it definitely is more see through than I prefer."
